PERSOONLIJK: CIFF KIDS COPENHAGEN
Het nieuwe jaar is begonnen en de feestdagen lijken al weer ver achter ons. Hoewel ik de feestdagen reuze gezellig vind, moet ik je eerlijk bekennen dat ik het ook wel weer heel fijn vind dat het nieuwe jaar is begonnen. Een fris en nieuw jaar vol nieuwe kansen, mogelijkheden, toffe events, kinderkleding collecties én merken. Yes, laat het nieuwe seizoen maar beginnen.
Januari is ook dé maand van de kindermode beurzen en daar kijk ik – zoals je vast zult begrijpen – dan ook altijd heel erg naar uit. Nieuwe kinderkleding collecties en merken laten mijn kindermode hart deze maand éxtra hard kloppen. Dit jaar ga ik met het team van Kindermodeblog voor het eerst naar CIFF KIDS in Denemarken ( lees hier mijn vorige blog over deze beurs) Een -voor mij- nieuwe kindermode beurs waar meer dan 300 kindermode, lifestyle en accessoire merken vertegenwoordigd zijn. Count me in 😉
Wat ik zelf zo leuk vind aan het bezoeken van zo’n gave beurs is dat je er zoveel inspiratie op doet. Natuurlijk door het zien van alle nieuwe musthaves, trends en collecties. Maar ook door de stad waar je op dat moment bent zelf. Even weg uit je dagelijkse omgeving en open staan voor nieuwe prikkels en gesprekken met mensen die je ontmoet. Herkennen jullie dit? Maar het aller leukste vind ik toch wel dat ik dit alles tijdens zo’n beurs met jullie kan en mag delen. Het liefst zou ik jullie allemaal natuurlijk gezellig meenemen. Maar op deze manier kunnen jullie ook mee genieten. Jullie via social media en blog reports ook een sneak peek geven van al het leuks wat komen gaat! Laat ook zeker even weten naar welke kinderkleding merken en nieuwe collecties jij het meest nieuwsgierig bent, dan probeer ik deze natuurlijk even in de gaten te houden.
Kortom, ik ben maar wát blij dat januari is aangebroken. Ik heb er zin in en hoop jullie ook dit jaar weer te mogen inspireren met de leukste musthaves, trends en merken uit kindermode land! Blijf je me volgen?

Happy New Year everyone! Did you enjoy the festive season with family and friends? I did! But if I’m completely honest I’m also glad a new year is starting. A fresh, new year full of nieuwe opportunities, cool events, kids fashion collections and brands. Yes, let the new season begin!
January is also thé month for all the kids fashion conventions all over the world to which – as I’m sure you’d understand – I look forward to very much. All the new collections and brands that I’m about to discover make my kids fashion heart beat a little faster. This year me and the team from Sparkle26 are to CIFF KIDS in Denmark for the first time. This is a – for me new – kids fashion convention where more than 300 kids fashion, lifestyle and accessory brands a represented. Count me in 😉
I love the inspiration a visit to a convention, and seeing all the new musthaves, trends and collection, gives you. But it’s not just all the exhibiters that give you the inspiration, also being in a new and exciting city sparks something new inside you. There’s something about being away from your day-to-day environment, new stimuli, and meeting new people. Do you know what I mean? What really attracts to me about CIFF KIDS, is that besides all the brands that will exhibit their new collection, CIFF brings cool and inspiring events to the table. Like trend talks by a real trend forcaster and also the 2nd panel discussion that they are hosting. To address topics and issues concerning today’s kids fashion and lifestyle industry. I think events like this really bring a fair to a new and higher level. More then just the clothes, do you know what I mean? So I sure keep you post on it!
But, the most exciting part about the fair season is that I get to share all this new inspiration with you. I would love to take you all with me but at least through social media I get to give you a sneak peak of what’s coming! Let me know what collections and brands are you most curious about?
